Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout medical treatment
  • Conduct 10–20 client calls daily with consistent follow-ups
  • Track client medical progress and verify treatment effectiveness
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and identify needs for additional referrals
  • Escalate concerns regarding treatment progression to appropriate team members
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the case management system
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and reception to coordinate case progression
  • Assist with personal injury intake calls to convert inquiries into cases

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM and case management systems (Filevine preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and active listening skills
  • Ability to independently manage recurring follow-ups and outreach schedules
