About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient care with field staff, doctors, and organizations
  • Conduct orientation and training for new caregivers
  • Ensure compliance with caregiver clock-in and clock-out requirements
  • Request authorizations
  • Visit patients in their homes for care management when needed
  • Develop relationships with Service Coordinators
  • Increase satisfaction and caregiver/patient retention
  • Create patient schedules and assign staff promptly

Requirements

  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Patient and congenial phone manner
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least one year of home care experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
