About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care with field staff, doctors, and organizations
- Conduct orientation and training for new caregivers
- Ensure compliance with caregiver clock-in and clock-out requirements
- Request authorizations
- Visit patients in their homes for care management when needed
- Develop relationships with Service Coordinators
- Increase satisfaction and caregiver/patient retention
- Create patient schedules and assign staff promptly
Requirements
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Patient and congenial phone manner
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of home care experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)
