About the role
Responsibilities
- Own consult-to-start conversion by conducting high-quality consultations and guiding families to decisions
- Lead successful service starts by aligning expectations and coordinating care setup
- Drive retention and growth through ongoing client engagement and care plan adjustments
- Serve as a trusted advisor to families navigating complex care decisions
- Partner cross-functionally with scheduling, operations, and Care Pros to ensure service delivery
- Use data and systems to manage portfolio and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a consultative, client-facing role
- Demonstrated ability to guide clients through decisions and drive measurable outcomes
- Strong relationship management skills with experience supporting clients over time
- Experience leading structured conversations such as discovery and needs assessment
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Salesforce
- Ability to spend ~75% of time in the field with reliable transportation
- Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with older adults and families
- Background in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or Gerontology
