Client Billing, Revenue Management – Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client billing, including the preparation and generation of management, performance, and expense invoices.
• Validate billing inputs such as AUM, fee rates, and discounts against Investment Management Agreements (IMAs) and fee schedules.
• Perform detailed reconciliations of billing data against fund and accounting records, including NAV and AUM.
• Investigate fee variances and discrepancies prior to invoice release.
• Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, and Accounting teams to ensure billing reflects contractual changes and new mandates.
• Maintain strict compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Support audit inquiries by maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails.

Requirements

• Strong domain knowledge of the Asset Management industry.
• Bachelor's degree of commerce or an equivalent qualification.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with billing or accounting systems.
• Proven experience in accounting, onboarding, invoicing, or similar finance functions.
• High attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset for problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict internal and external deadlines.
