Client Associate/Team Client Relationship Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as a day-to-day partner to Client Advisors in servicing new and existing client relationships.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business development and client engagement.
• Write, edit, and refine client-facing content, including newsletters, thought leadership, and presentations.
• Translate complex financial and investment concepts into clear, client-friendly messaging.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and website content.
• Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and data maintenance.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to UBS branding, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions and efficient client handoffs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience creating content for digital and client-facing communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Copilot, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A client service and relationship management mindset.
