Client Associate/Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational backbone for the Private Wealth team, managing administrative, client-facing, and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate and maintain the team's master calendar, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Manage expense and budget administration, processing business expenses for five Financial Advisors in compliance with corporate policies.
• Support team business management by coordinating travel and assisting with the training and onboarding of interns.
• Oversee marketing and digital presence, including updating marketing materials and managing the team's website and LinkedIn content calendars.
• Plan and execute client and team events from concept to completion, including managing client gifting inventory.
• Handle daily operational tasks related to client transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) with a focus on finance, economics, or business.
• Experience in client service, analytical, or investment-related roles within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
