Client Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisors with service and operational activities, including client communication via telephone and written correspondence
• Facilitate client requests for account information and quotes
• Schedule and prepare for appointments with new and prospective clients
• Establish and service client accounts, prepare necessary forms, and research account inquiries
• Enter security order tickets following approval from Financial Advisors
• Execute administrative functions such as tracking referrals and assisting with marketing activities
• Maintain filing and record-keeping systems to meet regulatory requirements and support client relationships
• Act as a liaison for referral sources by reviewing paperwork for completeness

Requirements

• 1+ year of Brokerage and Client Services support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry or brokerage client support
• Administrative support experience within a financial services environment
• Proven experience interacting directly with customers
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Strong ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Client service focus with the ability to listen to needs and recommend solutions
