Client Associate

Responsibilities

• Keep management systems up-to-date with accurate client information
• Educate clients on various account services and capabilities
• Prepare reports and other essential materials for client meetings
• Collect necessary documentation for opening new accounts and processing service requests
• Plan team marketing events and maintain relevant marketing materials
• Provide the team with a detailed and organized calendar of activities

Requirements

• 2-3 years of client service experience within the finance sector
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a focus on Finance or Economics
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required
• Excellent communication and top-notch interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, logical, and detail-oriented mindset
