The firm advises on over $35 billion in assets, specializing in long-term, customized planning and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to portfolio management team including new account openings, money movement, and asset transfers
• Communicate with portfolio management team and firm members regarding client-related matters
• Correspond with clients regarding account information, cash/securities transfers, and other requests
• Interface with client custodians, accountants, attorneys, and third-party investment managers
• Maintain accurate client information on internal and third-party systems
• Work with custodians and internal operations to ensure accuracy of security set-up, cost basis, and holdings
• Review accounts regularly to ensure adequate cash balances for liquidity needs, fees, and capital calls
• Assist in the preparation of meeting materials for current and prospective clients
• Prepare paperwork for client signatures, including advisory agreements and subscription documents
• Act as a liaison to the family office group for bill paying and tax payments

Requirements

• 3 years of experience with a financial advisory firm preferred
• Understanding of a broad range of investment products
• Experience with client service
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Schwab Advisor Center or other custodial platforms
• Experience with DocuSign
• Experience with Advent APX
