About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Commercial Lines Service Teams via AMS, email, phone, and in-person interactions
- Monitor and prioritize workload to meet deadlines with high attention to detail
- Assist Account Managers with client-facing tasks including Auto ID Cards, claim reporting, and endorsement processing
- Manage documentation such as premium and loss summaries, invoicing, and renewal applications
- Perform policy quick checks and upload/build folders in the client-facing portal
- Execute special projects as assigned by leadership
Requirements
- High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to work onsite in the Harrison office
- Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to attain and maintain professional designations or licenses
- Up to six months of related experience preferred; experience with Epic is a plus
