Client and Product Graduate Rotational Program

Responsibilities

• Rotate across multiple teams within Client Business and Global Product Solutions over a 2.5-year period
• Support relationship management by handling client logistics, meeting materials, and follow-up communications
• Assist in the product lifecycle, from initial research and design to regulation, launch, and sales strategy
• Analyze market trends and sales data to provide actionable insights for investment products
• Help develop pitch materials, fund factsheets, and internal briefings that translate complex data into clear stories
• Utilize proprietary technology, such as Aladdin, to analyze portfolio performance and market movements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including legal, operations, and compliance to manage complex projects

Requirements

• Graduating from an undergraduate or master's degree by July 2027
• Strong interest in financial markets and asset management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into useful insights
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• For roles in Continental Europe, fluency in the local language is required
