Client Analytics Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of client analytics deliverables, including QBRs, Test Wraps, and Custom Insights for strategic accounts
• Serve as a primary analytics voice in client-facing presentations, translating complex data into actionable insights
• Project manage and prioritize deliverables with limited supervision
• Create, roll out, and refine analytical processes and best practices
• Act as an advisor to Client Insights Analysts on data methodology and storytelling
• Lead strategic discussions with clients and internal stakeholders up to the VP level
• Identify and action revenue opportunities emerging from client analytics work
• Build strong feedback loops with Commercial partners to align analytics with revenue priorities

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in an analytical capacity (research, data & analytics, or insights)
• Exceptional command of Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, Snowflake, and/or SQL
• Strong data storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to project manage client deliverables independently
• Experience leading client-facing presentations and strategic discussions
• Client-facing experience required
• Ability to travel as needed for client engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• Digital media, ad tech, or agency experience
• Comfort leaning into AI tools to enhance analytics and storytelling
