Client Analyst, Officer

Responsibilities

• Execute ongoing client activities and ad hoc requests to support strategic client relationships
• Assist with CRM (Salesforce) updates, strategic account plans, and client billing documentation
• Manage contract administration, including executing amendments and uploading documents to the Enterprise Contract Management System
• Coordinate and manage projects involving clients and internal teams across various regions and jurisdictions
• Organize periodic Due Diligence meetings, including managing agendas, logistics, and RFI/RFP questionnaires

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in client service or relationship management support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Proven project management skills and ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
• High attention to detail and comfort interacting directly with clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce
• Strong problem-resolution skills and ability to independently manage workloads
