About the role
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, serving as the primary contact and strategic business partner.
- Lead strategy development, execution, and the E365 Service plan for assigned accounts.
- Drive the RFP response process, including resource coordination and document ownership.
- Maximize revenue and profitability by identifying upselling opportunities and managing fee agreements.
- Provide strategic consulting advice regarding insurance and risk management needs.
- Lead and mentor account team members and serve as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Coordinate WTW internal resources to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial Property & Casualty experience in a client-facing role.
- Active Property & Casualty broker license.
- Strong understanding of coverage structures, program design, and gap analysis.
- Ability to interpret underwriting submissions, exposure data, loss runs, and analytics.
- Proven experience in relationship management, negotiation, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing and servicing complex, multi-location client relationships.
- Professional insurance designations such as CPCU, ARM, CIC, CRM, or AINS.

- Competitive base salary range of $140,000 – $175,000 USD per year.
