About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual individual sales targets
- Deliver outstanding client experiences through customized wine advisory and ultra-luxury hospitality
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships via follow-up and CRM initiatives
- Capture client data accurately for retention and loyalty building
- Partner with management and marketing to support events
- Assist with floor management, visual merchandising, inventory control, and opening/closing duties
- Uphold security, compliance, and post-sale requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of sales experience in retail and hospitality
- Knowledge of wine and spirits; WSET or equivalent qualifications preferred
- Experience engaging and selling to HNWI and UHNWI clients
- Background in client service, luxury, or hospitality
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel; familiarity with database management
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; very good proficiency in English
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as required
