Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Build, establish, and grow client relationships within the HNW/UHNW segment specifically for Kazakhstan clients.
• Provide trusted financial advice in collaboration with investment products and solutions teams.
• Execute acquisition strategies to expand the client book with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Comply with all regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and risk management standards.
• Utilize digital tools and technology to drive efficiency and innovation in client service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Private Banking as a Client Advisor.
• Extensive experience working with HNW/UHNW clients, FIMs, MFOs, or Fund Managers.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and global regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to build and expand professional client networks with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficiency in English and either Kazakh or Russian.
• High level of risk awareness and commitment to quality standards.
