About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized, premium in-store journey to ensure clients feel unique and valued
- Build and foster long-term relationships with clients to turn them into brand ambassadors
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets through expert negotiation
- Master the luxury sales ceremony and provide exceptional after-sales support
- Capture and manage client data to facilitate meaningful follow-up and engagement
- Act as a Maison ambassador by communicating brand values, history, and collections with passion
- Support daily boutique operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and compliance with brand policies
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional sales experience
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and grow relationships with high-value clients
- Mastery of the luxury sales ceremony and high-end customer service transactions
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to communicate brand DNA effectively
- High level of integrity, collegiality, and adherence to operational standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience within the luxury retail sector
- Proactive approach to client engagement both in-boutique and at external events
