Responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest degree of customer service to provide an elevated experience
  • Meet or exceed personal, category, and store sales goals and KPIs
  • Collect client data and build relationships to support acquisition and retention
  • Act as a brand ambassador representing Rebag's values
  • Communicate product and customer feedback to the management team
  • Support company initiatives related to product launches and client service
  • Ensure store visual merchandising standards are met and maintained
  • Manage stock operations, processing, and handling of online purchase orders
  • Perform store maintenance functions as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in high-end luxury retail or the resale market
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work across multiple digital systems
  • Passion for fashion and sustainability
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Legal right to work in the United States
