Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest degree of customer service to provide an elevated experience
- Meet or exceed personal, category, and store sales goals and KPIs
- Collect client data and build relationships to support acquisition and retention
- Act as a brand ambassador representing Rebag's values
- Communicate product and customer feedback to the management team
- Support company initiatives related to product launches and client service
- Ensure store visual merchandising standards are met and maintained
- Manage stock operations, processing, and handling of online purchase orders
- Perform store maintenance functions as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in high-end luxury retail or the resale market
- Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Ability to work across multiple digital systems
- Passion for fashion and sustainability
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Legal right to work in the United States
