About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador to convey and promote the Brand philosophy and values to clients.
- Provide an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience by placing the client at the center of every interaction.
- Capture and manage customer data within the CRM to foster meaningful relationships and brand loyalty.
- Proactively engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain high standards for shop floor visual displays and comply with operational and stock procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a consistent, exceptional service environment.
Requirements
- Proven passion for selling and working in a retail environment.
- Strong interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Experience in building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Resilience, self-motivation, and a result-driven mindset.
