Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience by placing the client at the center of every interaction
• Act as a Brand Ambassador to convey and promote Prada's philosophy, history, and values
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPI goals to contribute to store success
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by capturing data in the CRM and offering personalized service
• Embrace an omni-channel mindset, utilizing digital tools and conducting virtual appointments to enhance the luxury experience
• Maintain deep knowledge of fashion trends, competitors, and product DNA to provide expert advice
• Collaborate with the team and Back of House to ensure smooth daily operations and organized stock management
• Ensure compliance with company procedures regarding security, cash activity, and inventory

Requirements

• A strong passion for fashion with a dynamic and enthusiastic attitude
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales results
• Ability to work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the Luxury, Fashion, or Cosmetics industries
