Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador to convey and promote the Brand philosophy and values to clients.
• Provide an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience by placing the client at the center of every interaction.
• Capture and manage customer data within the CRM to foster meaningful relationships and brand loyalty.
• Proactively engage in cross-selling and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Maintain high standards for shop floor visual displays and comply with operational and stock procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, competitors, and deep product knowledge.

Requirements

• Passion for luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Proven experience in building long-lasting relationships with high-end clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Result-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
