About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador to convey and promote the Brand philosophy and values to clients.
- Provide an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience by placing the client at the center of every interaction.
- Capture and manage customer data within the Company CRM to foster long-term relationships and personalized service.
- Proactively engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain high standards for shop floor visual displays and comply with operational and stock procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, competitors, and deep product knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a consistent, exceptional experience and a positive working environment.
Requirements
- Passion for luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation, resilience, and a result-driven mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
