Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience by placing the client at the center of every interaction
• Act as a Brand Ambassador to promote Prada's philosophy, values, and DNA
• Drive individual and team sales performance to exceed targets and KPI goals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by capturing data in the CRM for personalized service
• Embrace an Omni-Channel mindset, utilizing digital tools and virtual meetings to enhance the customer journey
• Maintain deep knowledge of luxury fashion trends, competitors, and product history
• Collaborate with the Back of House team to manage daily store operations and stock organization
• Ensure compliance with company procedures regarding security, inventory, and cash handling

Requirements

• Passion for fashion with a dynamic and enthusiastic personality
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales results
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Ability to work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the Luxury, Fashion, or Cosmetics industries
