About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for Miu Miu, conveying brand philosophy and values to clients.
- Provide an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience by placing the client at the center of every interaction.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by capturing data in the CRM to offer personalized service.
- Drive sales by proactively engaging in cross-selling and meeting individual and team KPIs.
- Maintain high standards for shop floor visual displays and comply with operational and stock procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing working environment.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, competitors, and deep product knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building long-lasting relationships with luxury clients.
- Strong passion for luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills and resilience.
