About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador to convey and promote the Brand philosophy and values to clients.
- Provide an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience by placing the client at the center of every interaction.
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships by capturing data in the CRM to offer personalized service.
- Maximize individual and team sales through proactive cross-selling and achieving KPIs.
- Maintain high standards for shop floor visual displays and comply with operational and stock procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, competitors, and deep product knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
Requirements
- Passion for luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Result-driven mindset with strong motivation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both as a team player and independently.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
