About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through personalized styling and relationship building
- Develop and maintain a strong personal client book to drive repeat business
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance metrics
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across ready-to-wear, handbags, footwear, and accessories
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding new arrivals, exclusive collections, and events
- Manage client consignments and execute wardrobe consultations
- Maintain luxury boutique visual merchandising and operational standards
- Support daily operations including inventory management, transactions, and opening/closing procedures
Requirements
- 2–5 years of luxury retail sales experience, preferably in ready-to-wear or luxury fashion
- Proven success in achieving sales goals in a client-driven environment
- Experience building and maintaining a client book
- Familiarity with luxury clienteling tools and CRM platforms
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of clientele in the local market
- Fluency in foreign languages
