About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide a luxury retail experience that reflects the high standards of the Maison
- Build and maintain personalized client relationships using CRM and digital tools
- Maximize sales opportunities and facilitate cross-selling across all product categories to meet KPIs
- Maintain deep knowledge of the brand, its products, and current fashion trends
- Ensure the sales floor meets display standards and follows operational and stock procedures
- Assist in maintaining security protocols and managing client disputes in coordination with management
Requirements
- Strong appetite for sales and human relations
- Genuine interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design
- Proven ability to solve problems effectively and quickly
- Experience in client relationship building and development
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in both French and English (a third language is a plus)
