Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Act as an extended business partner to clients, understanding their business, marketing, and media objectives
• Detect client needs and anticipate communication issues
• Build long-lasting relationships with marketing and media executives
• Translate client briefings into concrete 360° media solutions and performance plans
• Present media plans, offers, and campaign results to clients
• Monitor client budgets, billing, and campaign performance
• Coordinate with expertise departments like Kinesso and Magna to ensure correct planning

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital services and digital expertise
• Proficiency in NL, FR, and ENG languages
• Strong orchestration, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Performance and KPI-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
