Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke in-person and online consultations to assist clients with jewellery selection and custom design
• Offer personalised advice and education regarding diamonds and the customisation process
• Prepare independent custom quotes for clients
• Coordinate aftercare services including resizing, repairs, and lifetime warranty claims
• Promote the company's commitment to ethical practices and community initiatives
• Manage showroom setup, cleanliness, and daily opening procedures
• Perform ad-hoc tasks such as stock takes, product display changes, and managing postage

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
• High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional client experiences
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Valid right to work in Australia
• Availability to work a consistent Monday and Saturday roster

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the premium jewellery or luxury retail industry
• A passion for jewellery and diamond education
