Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke in-person and online consultations to assist clients in selecting or designing custom jewellery
• Offer personalised advice and education regarding diamonds and the customisation process
• Prepare independent custom quotes for clients
• Coordinate aftercare services including resizing, repairs, and lifetime warranty claims
• Promote the brand's commitment to ethical practices and community initiatives
• Manage showroom daily setup, cleanliness, and product displays
• Complete ad-hoc tasks such as stock takes and managing postage

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
• High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional client experiences
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Right to work in Australia
• Ability to work a consistent Friday and Saturday roster

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the premium jewellery or luxury retail industry
