About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador to convey and promote the Church's philosophy and values to clients.
  • Provide an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience by meeting individual needs and expectations.
  • Capture and manage customer data within the CRM to foster long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Maximize individual and team sales by proactively engaging in cross-selling and achieving KPIs.
  • Maintain high standards for shop floor visual displays and comply with operational and stock procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent, welcoming, and inclusive environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with luxury clients.
  • A strong passion for luxury fashion, art, and design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
