Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador to convey and promote Church's philosophy and values to clients.
• Provide an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience by meeting individual needs and expectations.
• Maximize individual and team sales targets and KPIs through proactive engagement and cross-selling.
• Capture and manage customer data within the CRM to foster long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
• Maintain high standards for shop floor visual displays and comply with operational and stock procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a consistent, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
