About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
- Deliver a personalized luxury service by providing expert product, fashion, and styling knowledge
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing clients through proactive engagement
- Drive client retention and loyalty by managing appointments and following up on sales or requests
- Contribute to daily store operations, including inventory management, replenishment, and maintaining visual standards
- Foster a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless client journey
Requirements
- Proven track record in luxury sales and exceeding commercial targets
- Previous experience in clientelling and relationship management
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Solid understanding of retail operations and competitor products
- Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
