Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales targets while meeting key commercial performance indicators
• Engage clients through compelling storytelling regarding Burberry's values and craftsmanship
• Provide expert styling advice and tailored product recommendations based on client needs
• Manage the end-to-end client journey, from initial discovery to after-sales support
• Proactively build and sustain meaningful relationships through scheduled appointments and personalized outreach
• Maintain impeccable luxury standards and uphold visual merchandising guidelines
• Contribute to daily operational tasks, including inventory management and product availability

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in sales roles within luxury retail
• Proven experience in clienteling and relationship management
• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English
• A genuine passion for fashion, art, and culture
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
