Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
• Deliver a personalized luxury service by providing expert product and styling knowledge
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing clients through proactive engagement
• Drive client retention and loyalty by managing appointments and following up on sales requests
• Contribute to daily store operations, including inventory management, replenishment, and maintaining visual standards
• Foster a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellence

Requirements

• Proven track record in luxury sales and exceeding commercial targets
• Previous experience in clientelling and relationship management
• Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
• Solid understanding of retail operations and competitor products
• Experience working effectively within a team environment
• Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
