Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
- Deliver a personalized luxury service through storytelling and brand passion
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing clients to drive loyalty
- Manage client engagement through appointments and proactive follow-ups
- Execute clientelling strategies to grow individual and store client books
- Contribute to daily store operations, including inventory management and visual standards
- Foster a positive, collaborative teamwork environment
Requirements
- Proven track record in luxury sales and exceeding targets
- Previous experience in clientelling and relationship management
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Solid understanding of retail operations and competitor products
- Excellent communication skills with impeccable presentation
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
