Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing top clients
• Provide elevated luxury service through expert product knowledge, styling, and storytelling
• Drive client retention and loyalty through regular contact and personalized follow-ups
• Manage client appointments to provide a bespoke and personalized shopping experience
• Contribute to daily store operations, including inventory management and maintaining visual standards
• Support and coach other Client Advisors in clientelling and service excellence

Requirements

• Proven track record in luxury sales and exceeding commercial targets
• Previous experience in clientelling and relationship management
• Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
• Solid understanding of retail operations and competitor products
• Impeccable communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Results-driven mindset with a proactive and energetic approach
