About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the customer journey based on Burberry standards to achieve sales targets
  • Communicate brand value through effective clientelling and product knowledge
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to drive brand loyalty
  • Identify new potential customers and build long-term relationships with existing VIP clients
  • Maintain the best possible store environment and product condition following brand guidelines

Requirements

  • Passion for the Burberry brand and the luxury fashion industry
  • Understanding of the luxury market and specificities of VIC (Very Important Client) management
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably within a luxury brand environment
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in English or Chinese
