Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
• Deliver a luxury service experience by utilizing deep knowledge of Burberry’s fashion, products, and heritage
• Conduct private appointments and provide styling support to curate client wardrobes
• Manage client records accurately to ensure a seamless and personalized shopping journey
• Support store operations, including stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising

Requirements

• Emirati nationality is required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-focused role
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a passion for luxury fashion
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail environments
• Strong understanding of retail operations and the local competitor landscape
