About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver the Burberry customer journey and achieve sales targets based on brand standards
- Communicate brand value through effective clientelling and product knowledge
- Provide the highest level of customer service to all visitors
- Identify new potential customers and build long-term relationships with existing VIP clients
- Maintain the best possible store environment and product condition following brand guidelines
Requirements
- Passion for the Burberry brand and the luxury fashion industry
- Understanding of the luxury market and specificities of VIC (Very Important Client) management
- Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably within a luxury brand environment
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on personalized service
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in foreign languages such as English or Chinese
