About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Burberry customer journey and achieve sales targets based on brand standards
  • Communicate brand value through effective clientelling and product knowledge
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to all visitors
  • Identify new potential customers and build long-term relationships with existing VIP clients
  • Maintain the best possible store environment and product condition following brand guidelines

Requirements

  • Passion for the Burberry brand and the luxury fashion industry
  • Understanding of the luxury market and specificities of VIC (Very Important Client) management
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably within a luxury brand environment
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on personalized service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in foreign languages such as English or Chinese
