Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver the customer journey based on Burberry standards to achieve sales targets
• Communicate brand value through effective clientelling and product knowledge
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all visitors
• Identify new potential customers and build long-term relationships with existing VIP clients
• Maintain the best possible store environment and product condition in accordance with Burberry guidelines

Requirements

• Passion for the Burberry brand and the luxury fashion industry
• Understanding of the luxury market and experience managing VIC (Very Important Client) relationships
• Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably within a luxury brand environment
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Fluency in English or Chinese is preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude
