Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing clients through personalized service
• Utilize storytelling and brand passion to inspire clients and create desire for Burberry products
• Manage client engagement through appointments and proactive follow-ups to drive loyalty and retention
• Provide expert styling advice and demonstrate deep product knowledge
• Contribute to daily store operations, including inventory management, replenishment, and maintaining luxury visual standards

Requirements

• Proven track record in luxury sales and exceeding commercial targets
• Previous experience in Clientelling and relationship management
• Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
• Solid understanding of retail operations and competitor products
• Fluent in the local language; English proficiency is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a results-driven mindset
