Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised, luxury client experience that reflects Burberry’s brand excellence and drives sales performance
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with a diverse client base, including Mandarin-speaking clientele
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and provide tailored styling advice across various categories
• Actively contribute to store targets through clientelling, outreach, and driving repeat business
• Collaborate with the wider store team to maintain an inviting and high-performing retail environment
• Uphold brand standards in visual presentation, service delivery, and operational processes

Requirements

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English to engage confidently with a global client base
• Proven experience in luxury retail or a high-end customer-focused environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
• A keen interest in fashion, styling, and craftsmanship
• Commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to team and store performance
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail setting
