Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by embracing the Burberry Experience and adhering to luxury brand guidelines
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement
• Cultivate long-term client relationships by developing new customers and maintaining a detailed Client Book
• Maintain high visual standards by executing monthly floor sets and ensuring products are correctly displayed and replenished
• Manage floor presence and store maintenance, including keeping fitting rooms clean and ensuring the store is ready for daily operations
• Support back-of-house operations, including inventory management, markdowns, and stock organization

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury retail or a related service industry
• High school diploma or higher (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clientele
• Proficiency with POS and retail store systems
• A genuine interest in fashion and design

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in English or Chinese is a significant advantage
• A degree in a fashion-related field
• Proven track record in luxury sales or high-end customer service
