About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing clients through personalized service
- Provide expert styling advice and demonstrate deep product knowledge to inspire clients
- Drive client retention and loyalty by managing a personal client book and conducting regular follow-ups
- Execute clientelling activities, including working by appointment to provide elevated luxury experiences
- Contribute to daily store operations, including inventory management, replenishment, and maintaining visual standards
- Foster a positive, collaborative teamwork environment
Requirements
- Proven track record in luxury sales and exceeding commercial targets
- Previous experience in clientelling and relationship management
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Solid understanding of retail operations and competitor products
- Impeccable communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is highly desirable
