Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing clients through personalized service
  • Provide expert styling advice and demonstrate deep product knowledge to inspire clients
  • Drive client retention and loyalty by managing a personal client book and conducting regular follow-ups
  • Execute clientelling activities, including working by appointment to provide elevated luxury experiences
  • Contribute to daily store operations, including inventory management, replenishment, and maintaining visual standards
  • Foster a positive, collaborative teamwork environment

Requirements

  • Proven track record in luxury sales and exceeding commercial targets
  • Previous experience in clientelling and relationship management
  • Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
  • Solid understanding of retail operations and competitor products
  • Impeccable communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is highly desirable
