Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing clients through personalized service
  • Provide expert styling advice and demonstrate deep product knowledge to inspire clients
  • Drive client retention and loyalty by managing a personal client book and following up on requests
  • Execute clientelling activities, including working by appointment to promote incremental purchases
  • Contribute to daily store operations, including inventory management, replenishment, and maintaining luxury visual standards
  • Foster a positive, collaborative teamwork environment

Requirements

  • Proven track record in luxury sales and exceeding commercial targets
  • Previous experience in clientelling and relationship management
  • Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
  • Solid understanding of retail operations and competitor products
  • Excellent communication skills with English proficiency
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a commercial mindset
