Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
• Deliver a personalized luxury service through storytelling and brand passion
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing clients to drive loyalty
• Manage client engagement through appointments and proactive follow-ups
• Contribute to daily store operations, including inventory management and visual standards
• Foster a positive team environment and collaborative work climate

Requirements

• Proven track record in luxury sales and exceeding targets
• Previous experience in clientelling and relationship management
• Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
• Knowledge of retail operations and competitor products
• Experience working effectively within a team
• Fluent in the local language; English proficiency is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
