Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
• Deliver a luxury service by demonstrating expertise in product, fashion, and styling
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing clients through personalized service
• Drive client retention and loyalty by managing appointments and regular follow-ups
• Capture new luxury clients to grow the individual and store client book
• Contribute to daily store operations, including inventory management and maintaining high visual standards

Requirements

• Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets
• Previous experience in clientelling within a luxury environment
• Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
• Fluent in the local language; English proficiency is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proactive, energetic, and results-driven mindset
