Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
• Deliver a luxury service by demonstrating expertise in product, fashion, and styling
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing clients through personalized engagement
• Drive client retention and loyalty by managing appointments and following up on requests
• Capture new luxury clients to grow the individual and store client book
• Contribute to daily store operations, including inventory management, replenishment, and maintaining visual standards
• Foster a positive work climate and collaborate effectively with the team

Requirements

• Proven track record in luxury sales and exceeding targets
• Previous experience in clientelling and relationship management
• Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
• Knowledge of retail operations and competitor products
• Experience working effectively as part of a team
• Fluent in the local language; English proficiency is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
