About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and implement omnichannel activation plans (email, SMS, push, etc.) in connection with the Communication Action Plan
- Set objectives, design content, define targeting, and coordinate client file generation for each campaign
- Brief creative agencies and ensure successful campaign execution
- Monitor results and propose recommendations to optimize performance
- Configure vouchers and coupons
Requirements
- Successful first experience in a permanent contract within the communication sector
- Higher education from a communication or business school
- Analytical mindset oriented towards KPIs
- Strong writing skills and mastery of communication codes
- Ability to create clear briefs and argue for strategic choices
- Highly organized, rigorous, and versatile project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
